I purchased some items in the store, where are my downloads?

Once your order placed, you can find your downloads by logging into the site with the account you created while placing your order. Your items will be found in the download section of your account.

What if I lose or delete my downloaded purchases?

You can retrieve previously purchased items by logging into the account you create with your first purchase. Items may be removed from sale or download without notice. We recommend that you back up your purchases to avoid losing them.

I purchased some Map Tracks but they are not working!

Map Tracks should have audio and video. If your Map Tracks aren't playing properly, make sure you are plying them in the latest version of ITunes or Quicktime.

Will I be limited to how many devices I can play my Jam Tracks on?

No. All our Jam Tracks are provided free of any Digital Rights Management (DRM). You can put your Jam Tracks on your computer, Ipod or other mp3 player, burn them to CD or DVD and so forth. However, they remain copyright material and you are not allowed to distribute, edit or plagiarize them.

Why should I buy your backing tracks when I can get some for free on other sites?

Our mp3s are recorded and produced in a professional recording studio using high end equipment. We have years of professional experience and know how to build tracks that will back you up while inspiring you to play better. Hundreds of students and professional guitar players have used our tracks. 

Can I use the jam tracks I bought in a broadcast such as Youtube?

We encourage the use of our material in broadcast. However, you MUST mention that you purchased the track from guitarplayback.com. Our backing tracks are copyrighted and cannot be used in any commercial work. If you have any doubt, please use the contact form and let us know. We are always happy to help!

Will you keep my credit card details?

No. All credit card transactions are dealt with by major 3rd party providers such as PayPal.

Can I get a refund if I don't like what I purchased?

Due to the nature of all the items available on the site, returns are not possible. We do however provide preview clips on the website. We are also happy to answer any questions you might have before you purchase from us by using our contact form.
